USES

Temporarily relieves on chest & throat

• Cough
• Nasal congestion due to the common cold

Temporarily relieves on aching muscles

• Minor aches and pains

DIRECTIONS

• Under 2 yrs. ask a doctor
• Adults & children 2 yrs. & older: Rub a thick layer on chest & throat or rub on sore aching muscles. If desired, cover with a dry soft cloth but keep clothing loose. Repeat up to three times daily.

  Store at room temperature

  Ask a doctor before use if you have
  
  • Excessive phlegm (mucus)
  • Persistent or chronic cough
  • Asthma
  • Cough associated with smoking
  • Emphysema
  Stop use and ask a doctor if
  • Muscle aches/pains persist more than 7 days or come back
  • Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be the sign of a serious condition.

  If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

The active ingredients in Vicks VapoRub work naturally through the inhalation of medicated Vicks vapors to relieve nasal congestion and coughing due to colds. Vicks VapoRub also relieves minor muscle aches and pains.

Inactive ingredients: cedarleaf oil, nutmeg oil, special petrolatum, thymol, turpentine oil.

WARNINGS

For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.

Do not use

• Near an open flame
• In a microwave oven
• On wounds or damaged skin
• By adding to water
• With tight bandages
• By mouth
• In nostrils
• In a container in which water is being heated, except when adding to cold water in only a hot steam vaporizer.

MISCELLANEOUS
