We recognize how important it is to teach about safe and effective OTC products to the students you see everyday and are proud to partner with faculty across the country in this commitment to quality pharmacy education for your students.
Over the last twelve years, Procter & Gamble has provided students and faculty at pharmacy schools across the U.S. with product samples and educational materials.
For the 2007-08 academic year, three types of kits will be distributed at no cost to your school:
The student kits will include educational tools and information that focus on OTC product understanding or patient interaction, a student gift, and personal use product samples,. The P2 and P3 student kits will arrive in the Fall of 2007. P4 student kits will arrive in the Spring of 2008, as they are often incorporated into the school's Graduation/Senior Award ceremony.
Each Fall, the P&G healthcare program provides full size OTC products to each school of pharmacy in the U.S. These OTC products are to be used by faculty in their Pharmacy Practice Model Lab course.
P&G's pharmaceutical products (Rx) are now also available for instructional purposes through a request form that will be delivered with your Practice Model Lab kit. Or you can download this form and select the prescription products you would like to make available in your school's practice model lab.
